Daikon Radish Oroshi is a traditional Japanese condiment made from grated white Japanese radish known as ‘daikon’. This dressing is a mixture of Naogen soy sauce, daikon, and a bit of shiso (green perilla) added as an accent. The radish is roughly grated so that the texture is maintained. 40% of the dressing content is grated white radish. No oil nor any synthetic seasonings are used in this product. This is a very healthy and simple-tasting dressing.
Naogen's history is deeply rooted in soy sauce-making and began 400 years ago. They have expanded into making various seasonings and dressings using local raw materials: soybean, vegetables, fruit, natural salt, seafood, etc. They are focused on not only traditional soy sauce but also unique products that are "Tasty & Healthy".
