Please let us know as soon as possible if your order— 1. Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt 2. Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items 3. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item
Please immediately contact us at email@example.com with a damaged or unusable product picture. You must make your request within 7 days of delivery. We can evaluate and we will make it right.
If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take from 5 to 14 business days until you receive a refund depending on your credit card company or payment method.
Cancelling or modifying an order
