This flour is specially milled for a super-fine texture that keeps the baked goods light, airy and fluffy, with a delicate flavor. The resealable package makes it handy to store.
Best for:
- Tempura - mix 50g flour and 50ml Cold water to make tempura batter, dip shrimp, veggies, or anything you want to deep fry. Put about a inch of cooking oil in skillet or pot, heat to 330F(170C) and fry till the crust becomes golden and crispy.
