Red Sea Bream Poke Bowl

It’s easy Pole Bowl to make at home. You can add more vegetables and seafood as you wish! The key is the marinara sauce and it can be made so quick!

INGREDIENTS:

200g White Rice, cooked, mix sushi vinegar if you wish

---Poke marinara sauce---

2tbs Soy Sauce

2tbs Mirin

1tsp Sesame Oil

Pinch of white sesame, grinded preferred but roasted sesame is ok

---Topping---

80g Red Sea Bream Lion, thinly sliced

3 leaves of Shiso (Ooba), thinly cut

Some shredded or thinly cut seaweed (Yaki Nori)

Salmon Roe, Eggs, Cucumber, Pickled raddish, anything you like for additional topping!

 

DIRECTIONS:

- Poke Sauce-

1. Put Soy Sauce and Mirin in a bowl, place in a microwave for 1 minutes, and let it cool down in a refrigerator

2. Cut Shiso leaves to thinly pieces

3. Mix sushi vinegar to rice if you prefer, then place in a serving dish

4. Add Sesame Oil and Sesame Seed to a cooled Poke marinara sauce

5. Place Red Sea Bream Lion and marinate both sides

 

6. Place all the toppings to a bowl of rice and serve!
