Quick and Easy Beef Stroganoff.
One plate dinner is always easy for any evening. You can add almost any veggies. I add just a bit of extra heavy cream for my daughter's portion to make it a little sweeter (calm the salty flavor) and my picky kid would eat them too!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Thinly Sliced Beef
A. 1/2 Medium Onion, thinly sliced
A. 1/2 Medium Carrot, thinly sliced
A. 1/2 cup Mushroom (I used Shimeji but any kind), thinly sliced or cut off stem
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tbs butter
1/2 cup flour
2 tbs cooking sake
1 cup of milk
1 cup of water
1 cube (10g) of Beef Flavor Bouillon
2 tbs ketchup
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce or tonkatsu sauce
Salt and pepper for your taste
1 tbs heavy cream to each dish when serving
Parsley for garnish
Cooked rice or baguette of your choice

5. Add sliced beef and cook until brown.
6. Stir in milk, beef bouillon, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, heat to boiling then reduce heat. Boil and stir for 3-5 minutes.
6. Taste and if you need more flavor, add salt and pepper.
