Japanese Style Scramble Eggs with Pork Sausage

I was hungry for some meat/protein brunch.

I had pork sausage in my freezer, so I made scramble eggs with sausage and veggies.

 

INGREDIENTS:

pork sausage links

1/4 cup Shimeji mushroom

1/4 cup spinach

1/2 tablespoon butter

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of White Soy Sauce Broth or pinch of salt if you don't have it

1 teaspoon of water

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cut pork sausage in small pieces and cut off the stem of Shimeji mushroom.

2. Put pork sausage, shimeji mushroom, and spinach in a medium pan over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent from burning.

3. Add butter to the pan.

4. Beat eggs in a small bowl, add water and White Soy Sauce Broth and mix well.

5. Add egg mixture to the pan. Cook thoroughly.
